Ian first used the Hoshin Kanri logic whilst working as part of the leadership team for Renault-Nissan’s global business improvement team, where he helped align the plans and work of a 250,000-person global organisation around five key strategic goals.
Since 2008, Ian has been sharing that experience with a variety of other sectors, helping organisations large and small to develop and drive forward their strategic plans.
